1. Who handles your data?

MINNA's services are provided by Kellive OÜ, which is the data controller for personal data collected through MINNA.

2. What data do we process?

Depending on how you get in touch, this may include:

• your name
• your email address or phone number
• your preferred way of being contacted
• details about your planned event
• anything else you choose to write in your enquiry

On the feedback page we ask for:

• your first name
• a star rating
• the type of event
• your written feedback
• whether we may publish it

3. What do we use it for?

• replying to your enquiry
• understanding what you'd like
• preparing a personal offer
• contacting you about your enquiry
• taking steps you've asked for before an agreement
• carrying out the agreement if we work together
• receiving feedback, and publishing it only where you've clearly allowed it

Sending an enquiry never adds you to an advertising or newsletter list.

4. Legal basis

We process enquiry details mainly because you've asked us to take steps before a possible agreement, such as preparing an offer. If we start working together, we process them to carry out the agreement.

Publishing feedback is based on the permission you give on the feedback form, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who receives the data?

• Kellive OÜ / MINNA — reads and answers enquiries.
• Elkdata OÜ (Estonia) — hosts the kelli@minna.ee mailbox, where enquiries and correspondence arrive.
• Lovable — hosts the website and delivers the enquiry form as an email to kelli@minna.ee. Like any web host, Lovable also processes technical data such as IP addresses to show the site.

6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Elkdata processes data in Estonia. Lovable's infrastructure for hosting and email delivery may be located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Any such transfer happens under Lovable's data processing terms and safeguards that meet EU requirements.

7. How long do we keep it?

• The website itself keeps no enquiry database — the form forwards your enquiry as an email and does not save it.
• The email delivery service may keep a short technical log (such as recipient address and delivery status), not the enquiry content in a database.
• We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry, offer and our working relationship.
• Accounting or contract information is kept for as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Where applicable, you may:

• ask to see your data
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it
• ask us to restrict processing
• object where the law allows
• withdraw consent where processing relies on it

9. Publishing feedback

Feedback is never published automatically. We only show feedback publicly when you've clearly allowed it.

Where possible, we show only your first name, the type of event, and your text and rating — anything more only with your permission.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when MINNA's services or technical providers change.
